RETURN POLICY

We believe in our products and want you to be happy with them. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase or if you have received damaged product please refer below to find out more about our returns or exchange policy.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your item(s).

We will accept products that have been opened and we ask that all items be sent back to us with their original packaging so we may better determine any issues.

Boxes of six (6) may be returned only if no more than one (1) individual packet has been opened.

Refunds for promotional or discounted items will not be issued.

How to Return or Exchange Your Item(s)

1. Email support@snapfit.comand include your Order Number in the subject line.
2. Please list the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
3. Indicate whether you would like a full refund or shipment of a new product. You are responsible for all shipping charges.
4. Wait for your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and include the RMA when you ship us your return.
5. Once your return arrives to our warehouse, we will issue a refund or exchange, generally within 7-10 business days.

Shipping

You are personally responsible for any shipping and handling charges that may be associated with returning an item.
